Yes, if you email us, Customer Service can check a particular item returning back into stock for you.

On the website is the best place. If you are having trouble finding it, send us an email or a DM, we are happy to help!

If you're looking fro your ring size, you can use our size guide. In addition to this, each product has a description and chain length for bracelets and necklaces.

All international returns can be sent back within 30 days of arriving with you.

Please note that we cannot return earrings due to hygiene reasons.

All items should be returned in the originalpackaging and in the condition they were received.

Once items are returned, you will be entitled to receive a refund. For item(s) returned after this time we reserve the right to return the item(s) to you. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, marked or are not in original condition. Every aspect of the piece must be free from signs of wear and odour.

Delivery costs are not included in your refund. All goods are your responsibility until we receive them. We cannot refund any items that have not been received safely back to us or that get lost in transit.

Please ensure they are packaged appropriately so that they do not become damaged in transit.

To exchange your item(s), please refund the item and repurchase.

All gold plated rings will have traces of copper as this contributes to the colour (Yellow Gold and Rose Gold). We highly suggest you purchase our stainless steel or 925 Sterling Silver instead of brass-based / copper based rings to avoid greening. We have many 925 Sterling Silver items on our website. The metal composition will be stated on the product page, please read it carefully before purchasing.

If you decide you want to purchase the brass version and if your hands are high in acidity, you may experience some oxidisation (slight greening). (Please note that another culprit is the chemicals present in hand cream which can react with your jewellery so you must let your skin dry before putting on any jewellery). Alternatively, you can prevent oxidisation by adding a layer of clear nail varnish or polymer coating inside the ring. We are unable to refund you if your skin turns green as this entirely depends on the individual.
